MALAYSIAN FRIED CHICKEN 

Ingredients Required

  • 6 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1,1.5Kg whole chicken, cut into pieces
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) vegetable oil

Directions to Prepare

  • To marinate: In a non-porous glass dish or bowl, combine the garlic, oyster sauce and curry powder. Mix together. Add chicken pieces and turn to coat. Cover dish or bowl and refrigerate to marinate for at least 1/2 an hour.
  • In a large frying pan, heat oil over medium high heat. Add marinated chicken (disposing of leftover marinade) and fry for 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is crispy and brown and juices run clear.

YABATECH: SITE UPDATE

Well with all expectations about the COURSE FORM coming out yesterday (15/05/2017), all wasn’t fruitful. But, now (00:24am, 16/05/2017) as I am posting this, the school website is still on update and that a work in progress. So, with this our lecture is hoped to start soon.

YEBATECH: requirements for departmental registration 

This is to inform the new admitted YABATECH student (FULL TIME) waiting for the course form that this are the documents required for the school departmental registration…

As at 11:16am, all student are expected to stay around for any information. According to the information gathered, lecture can’t take place if their is no COURSE FORM. Although, the student are waiting around hoping for a happier information. The PART TIME student are also hoping to start lecture this evening. 

From all research and questions, we were able to get the information of documents needed for the departmental registration.
